There is such a knee-jerk reaction to thinking mindfulness would seem like the opposite of what you'd want to do during a panic/anxiety attack, but it really makes perfect sense. In acknowledging those sensory feelings, and then honing in on them, we can actually feel very empowered, and focused as a result. Thank you for sharing.
